The Fleet in 2015 consist of the following warships:
- 5 Fridtjof Nansen-class multi-role frigates (Fridtjof Nansen, Roald Amundsen, Otto Sverdrup, Helge Ingstad, Thor Heyerdahl)
- 6 Skjold-class coastal corvette (Skjold, Storm, Skudd, Steil, Glimt, Grist)
- 4 Oksøy-class minehunter (Oksøy, Karmøy, Måløy, Hinnøy)
- 4 Alta-class minesweeper (Alta, Otra, Rauma, Gomma)
- 6 Ula-class diesel-electric submarine (Ula, Utsira, Utstein, Utvær, Uthaug, Uredd)

The international prefix for Norwegian navy ships is HNoMS (His/Her Norwegian Majesty's Ship).
