The largest ballistic missiles submarine ever put afloat. Due to Soviet Union collapse, all ships of the class were either scrapped or mothballed. Only one unit, the Dimitriy Donskoy is active, though it's used as a testbed for new systems onboard the next generation of submarines, the Borey class.
