A category of sensor information in the Command model.
Range Information indicates the distance to target. This is obtained by measuring the time it takes for a sensor signal to travel to the target and return.
Sensor capability has evolved over time. More sophisticated engineering and processing of sensors has increased the type of information that can be obtained; older sensors are less capable.
